We are the only manufacturer of thermocole in Mumbai.

Thermoshell Industries, one of the largest processing units of Expanded Polystyrene (E.P.S.) in the west region of India started in 1991, introduced sophisticated technology and economic packaging to customers for their valued product, excellent service and production system.

Presently, our E.P.S Processing capacity is 600 M/Tonnes per year, through our expansion units in Mumbai. E.P.S. is commonly referred as Thermocole. In the meantime, Thermoshell has delivered E.P.S. in excellent combination of properties such as lightness, rigidity, shock absorption property, resistance to moisture, etc. Weatherings easily moulded into desirable shapes makes E.P.S. very valuable in the field of Packaging and Thermal insulation.

Packaging

Application thereof: Precision instruments, household electrical appliances, foods and medicine containers, fans, motors, radios, televisions, typewriters, fish boxes, tile boxes and 2.5 Ltr. acid bottle packaging, moulded boxes in various sizes, etc. We have in all almost 20 various sizes of boxes readily available with us.

Insulation

Due to very low thermal conductivity it is essentially used for thermal insulation in cold storage, refrigerated pipelines, sound insulation, etc.

Loosefill

Loosefill is a different packing material. It is produced by shredding E.P.S. waste in the form of 10 mm - 12 mm irregular cubes. It is very useful in case of packing of small quantity which is not as economical as using general packing or packing simultaneously several products together.

We are also pioneer in Hand Fabrication of all various packing materials. We do fabrication of E.P.S. (Thermocole), E.P.E. (Expanded Poly Ethylene), P.U.F. (PolyUrethane Foam), and many various other materials.
